I feel like this has to stated first before anything - I am only human, we all have flaws and days where we're not our best. I try to follow some kind of organization, that doesn't mean it will be followed 100% of the time. If I ever encounter a hiccup at any stage of your commission where I am unable to continue, you will be guaranteed a refund.

If I am not comfortable drawing your request, it will be declined. I'm tolerant with most things, but if something makes me uncomfortable, you will be told and it will NOT be negotiated. Please respect my boundaries.

All of the listed themes in my Will Not are a hard NO. Sorry!

You can place a request through any means announced by me, and once it's placed, it will stay pending until I go over your details. Window of response should be by the same day and if not, the following day after you have put in your order.

Once your request has been accepted, I will move it from the pending status and I will begin working on the base sketch. You will be given a few different samples to choose from. This stage can have a maximum of 3 major changes on the chosen angle/posture before it can be prepared for the clean sketch.

PAYMENT WILL ONLY OCCUR AFTER THE BASE SKETCH HAS BEEN APPROVED, AND WILL NEED TO BE PAID IN FULL.

Estimated date of receiving your order will depend on its tier. Sketch will take 1 to 5 days, Colored Sketch will take 1 to 7 days, Full Renders will take 1 to 14 days, and will begin counting after the payment's date. Please keep in mind the amount of characters included in your piece will extend the due date by 1-2 days, dependent on the character's complexity in design.

You will be provided work-in-progress samples for every stage as your order's updates, up until the finished product.

This is only mandatory for original characters/designs: Clear references with all possible details are required in order to begin your request. I don't expect fully finished pieces, but I prefer them to be as close as they can to completion so that I don't make any mistakes towards the desired character.

References for certain poses and angles aren't a hard requirement, although they are encouraged. I just want to make sure you're getting what you paid for.

If your character's design is a work-in-progress and you want some extra design work to be added onto it, be mindful that it will cost you extra, depending on the complexity. I'm not confident on custom designs, but I'll willing to try to some extent.

All payments are done in USD, therefore it must be converted to the desired currency before sending the payment. Please be aware that because of currency conversions, it can lead to either overpaying or underpaying of agreed prices, with the addition of Paypal's Fee Rate.

Currently, I will only except payment through PayPal and Stripe.

Work will start once FULL PAYMENT is received.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ONCE THE PROCESS HAS STARTED. The only exception to this is if I cannot continue due to personal real-life issues, such as health, livelihood, family, etc.

All refunds past the sketch phase will be a deducted price from the original by 20%. Ex: original price - deduction = refund, $150 - 20% of 150 ($30) = $120
